Grape Varieties Obtained from Groppello (70%) and Barbera (30%) grapes. All varieties acclimated
to the morainic soils of Lake Garda.
Vine density per hectare: 4,500 plants per hectare.
Soil: fully grassed, medium-textured loose soil.
Organic cultivation applied both in the vineyard and in the winery.
Production Through the “hat raising” method: a few hours after pressing (about 6), the must is separated from its skins, preserving the aromas intact.
Characteristics A young and fresh wine par excellence. Soft antique pink color, pleasant and floral bouquet. Smooth taste with a final sapidity characteristic of our rosé.
Alcohol Content 12%
Serving Suggestions Perfect from March onwards, a few months after harvest. Serve in a tulip glass; excellent with appetizers, vegetables, fish (both freshwater and seafood), and white meats.
