Vine density per hectare: 4,500 vines per hectare.

Soil: full grass cover, loose medium-textured soil, rich in skeleton.

Ruby red with a bouquet featuring notes of red fruit, toasted aromas, spices, earthy scents, and coffee.

It ripens by the end of September: therefore it has good structure, pronounced acidity and tannic smoothness, very velvety, persistent on the finish.

It generally accompanies all first courses, even complex ones, and pairs with a wide variety of important red meats, grilled dishes, roasts, boiled meats, game, blue cheeses, and mushroom risottos.

It requires oxygenation to fully express its potential.
