A guided experience to deepen and appreciate the art of olive oil.
- Visit to the olive groves: discover cultivation techniques, curiosities, and secrets to obtaining quality oil.
- Bottling room: explore the heart of production to learn about the processes that ensure freshness and excellence.
- Technical tasting of 4 oils by glass, including three monocultivars: Leccino, Casaliva, and Gargnà, and a cuvée.
- Flavored tasting: try unique oils on bread, flavors of lemon, orange, Mediterranean herbs, black pepper, coconut, truffle, chili pepper, onion, garlic, garlic and chili pepper, citron.
The tasting is conducted by a panel taster who will explain the technical and organoleptic characteristics of the different types of oil to gain a basic knowledge and distinguish the presented varieties.

Experience a unique adventure with your dog, walking among the company’s olive groves and vineyards. A relaxing path of about 30 minutes, immersed in nature, where you can enjoy the tranquility and surrounding landscape.
At the end of the walk, a basket will await you containing a sandwich accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses, fruit, and a bottle of water. Surrounded by olive trees, weather permitting, while your dogs can freely explore the garden.
A moment of pure serenity, for you and your four-legged friend!
