Field Operations Axis
Our organizational structure, with the aid of modern equipment, allows us to meet the needs of every olive grower. From manual pruning to harvesting, our staff is trained and perfectly capable of carrying out field operations professionally and with complete safety.
The work is managed with a customized work site following an inspection and preventive analysis for the classification of the olive grove. The experience gained over the years makes us extremely flexible, allowing us to intervene on both olive groves cultivated in gardens and large-scale ones, giving each the right specific care.

New Olive Groves Axis
The creation of a new olive grove belongs to decisions of great importance, especially for the longevity of the plant, and therefore, of the project itself.
AGRILINE is able to design the entire turnkey system, starting from the squaring of the land, to its exposure, to the choice of cultivars, for both flat and hilly terrains. The design phases begin with the feasibility declaration that occurs after a careful analysis of the soil. The entire planning, design, and subsequent implementation of the system is shared with the olive grower. In particular, this collaboration is fundamental in varietal choices, planting layout, training system, and potential irrigation system.
In the case of super-intensive olive groves, planting can be done by machine, as well as satellite planting of poles and plant supports.
Once the system is completed, it is possible to draw up a multi-year assistance program for plant nutrition and protection.

Nowadays, the cultivation of an olive grove requires high-level technical and scientific skills with the sole purpose of raising and producing with high quality standards.
AGRILINE boasts extensive experience acquired “in the field” through research and numerous experiments that allow for the preparation of specific fertilization and protection plans for each olive grove, both in conventional and organic management.
The sensitivity and attention we reserve for the environment allow us to select, together with our technical partners, highly performing products that respect the ecosystem, in such a way as to achieve the desired results without damaging the balance that regulates the flora and fauna of the context in which the olive grove is cultivated.
The final phase involves the compilation and drafting of field notebooks where the need is explicitly stated.
